The Team

We, Nigel & Luria, founded the company in April 2019 following our return to the UK from Asia with our four children, where we spent the last twelve years of our career helping with advising, designing, project managing and opening many of the 5 star & 6 star integrated casino resorts in Macau, China.

Whilst in Asia we were directly involved with designing and building hotels, casinos, cinemas, theatres, luxury villas, restaurants, palatial gardens and above all, we were and continue to be successful with property investment.

Starting our investment journey just prior to and following the last Global Financial Crash, we have now returned to Britain, ahead of the next anticipated financial crash to prepare ourselves and our clients to invest in Britain.

We are very well experienced in most aspects of property investment ranging through auctions, new build developments, renovations with Architectural/Engineering design, project management, leasing, managing property and overall property sourcing, selling and maintaining, all of which allow us to offer our clients the confidence they need in us to manage their investment.

Our skill sets

We created Genesis Portfolio, initially based on our own investments, to manage the properties more efficiently through a limited company.  Over the course of the last two decades, during our success in property investments, our friends and colleagues requested assistance to invest in numerous areas of real estate primarily in the UK, Macau and China.

We learned many aspects of the exciting and in many cases, prosperous experience of investing in 'bricks & mortar', that it was an obvious choice for us to continue helping our friends and colleagues to invest although now they are our clients, who have introduced us to many other people they know needed our help.
